I received a call from XXXX Arbitration telling me if I do n't pay a debt I owe to XXXX, They will put me in jail from fraud.XXXX I do have a debt with XXXX but the collection agency it is with is call United Debt Holdings not XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I never used any of my family members as references when I applied for the loan. I never had my bothers phone number until recently and they called him. XXXX ) I told them by law they are required to give me written documentation and the lady said she does n't have to give me anything.
I am very frustrated because I have been scammed before and lost lot of money for this type of thing. I do n't want to be scammed again. Please help
