I obtained this loan in 2000. The interest rate was to be a fixed, stated a fixed but jumped. Also, fees were included XXXX. The company after the condo was sold, started calling and making threats. I would like all my money back, every penny. I have many complaints to file because believe it or not they are somewhat related.
