We have been regularly paying off the medical bill to XXXX XXXX OF XXXX with an approximate current value of {$2500.00}. We pay $ XXXX monthly but always when we receive a bill. The original amount was approximately {$7000.00} which we have made a significant dent in since inception. We are now getting a collection bill from CALIFORNIA BUSINESS BUREAU , Inc. without even being forewarned that the outstanding bill would be going to collection. They called me at work and were rude and misrepresentative. We negotiated this arrangement with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX when we XXXX got the bill after our son 's treatment, and they were aware of our circumstances and agreed at that time, last year to honor this arrangement.
