Narrative (may be redacted).

I would like to say false statement is correct on the drop down statements but crime by not paying debit is not correct but system will not go forward without choosing XXXX more choice and there is not a correct XXXX for my complaint ... ..so pls disreguard my choice on XXXX drop down ) Under XXXX report info there is a collections from XXXX CITATION CENTER for {$110.00} which has been paid in full and shows closed, with a derogative remark which I feel very strongly needs to be removed .I continue asking for assistance with this matter. A little background would be in XXXX trauma accident XXXX I share that info only to show how until last year ( 5 years after accident ) I was not in any condition physically or more importantly mentally and emotionally to absorb most things going on around me on a daily basis. In XXXX I came across a bill ( from XXXX citation ) for {$110.00} which showed no indication what it was for ( Ihad had a bill for the same amount for XXXX transpotation which was directed XXXX so therefore I THOUGHT THIS WAS SAME DEBIT AND HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AS IT WAS NOT MY BILL. I called immediately and asked what info was attached to that bill, I apologize at this time as I cant recall what the lady on phone told me but I recognized that the item was my debit and so I explained my circumstances and sincerely apologized and paid the debit immediately during the phone call, as was my responsibility .I have been recently been trying to work on my credit as within 2 months of accident many thousands of debit was fraudulently put in my name, I am very glad to say that for someone who has never had bad debit issues my credit score is now repaired and therefore to read on my credit report that this company choose to put " disputed resolved, customer disagrees " is so distressing to me when I agreed the debit was mine and paid with no problem and I also observe account reported XXXX XXXX XXXX and then again XXXX XXXX XXXX??? what does this mean? ( I question if the customer service with this company gets a bonus or at least recognition for any debit collected and if it seems like they worked hard, put pressure and received payment they shine brighter to management, more than simply taking a payment by phone??? THIS WAS NOT THE SITUATION ) YET this agent felt it necessary to put such a remark which stays negatively on my credit report, its is false .Thank You for your attention in this matter.
