I had called the company when my husband had gotten very ill. We had arrangements made but there is no history of this occurring to their records. The credit card is being reported after being verified on all three credit agencies. Here is an example of XXXX.

At first I wanted my card back because that was the original agreement now I just want it paid and removed from all three agencies due to all the mistakes, communication, and discrepancies.
