I receive a letter ( attached ) from this collection agency.I called them on Friday XXXX XXXX at XXXX and spoke to " XXXX '', verbally agreed to pay {$50.00} every XXXX of the month starting on XX/XX/XXXX.which I did ( Money orders attached ) but they did not care and sent it to the Credit Bureau contrary to what we agreed verbally.this upset me and did not pay XX/XX/XXXX, so I am looking for help.
