On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I received a letter from Midland Credit Management asking me to pay XXXX credit account at a reduce rate. The letter stated that it is on my credit report and if I pay the account in full they will report it on my credit as PAID IN FULL but if I pay less then they will report it on my credit as PAID IN FULL FOR LESS THAN THE FULL BALANCE.
