Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 28th April 2015.
The collection agency never notified by mail or phone call that I owed them money. In addition, the only reason I found out about this was they filed a judgment on my XXXX credit report. I filed a dispute and XXXX removed it immediately. However, the collection agency turned around and place the judgment on my XXXX credit report the next day. This is not even my debt how is the collection able to file judgments on anybody? By the reporting this false information my credit score dropped by over XXXX points, and I have been turned down for new credit.
