After contacting XXXX, when United Recovery Systems would n't allow me to make payment arrangements, they contacted me and told me to contact them. XXXX gave me URS 's wrong contact number. XXXX gave me the following number XXXX, which is the XXXX XXXX service desk. I XXXX URS 's number XXXX, called them XXXX, and was forwarded to a machine to leave my name and contact number. I did that, the first contact was XX/XX/2015, the last contact being XX/XX/2015, and no one has returned both calls.
