Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Sunday 5th April 2015.
I had not known that the fraudster over at IDA had changed companies to XXXX, and as such I have been unable even through the CFPB to insure that the Freeze that was in place while IDA was handling my case was still in effect when XXXX took over. However I have been unable to even receive verification of this, and even XXXX of the CFPB asked me to obtain this and I AM UNABLE TO DO SO. This is a clear violation of the law.
