I switched from XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX billed me twice during my first month with XXXX with the same dates of service for XXXX, though I no longer had XXXX. When I changed services to XXXX, I had just paid my bill and had a {$0.00} balance. I have tried to resolve this with XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they are unable to show me proof that I still had XXXX and they were rude to me.
