Chase Bank is in violation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 's Consent Order XXXX. As required in paragraph XXXX & XXXX of this order, Chase Bank should have provided me with an effective credit agreement and at minimum copies of the last XXXX ( XXXX ) monthly Account statements. I have never received an effective credit agreement nor the last XXXX monthly Account statements.
On or about XX/XX/2015, at approximately XXXX XXXX CST, I contacted Chase Bank via telephone in order to request information in regards to these accounts. I spoke with XXXX XXXX with ID # XXXX and requested that information regarding these alleged accounts be sent to me. XXXX XXXX stated that Chase Bank did not have information regarding these alleged accounts. This is a violation of this Consent Order because paragraph XXXX requires that Chase Bank provide a consumer with an effective credit agreement and the last 18 months of monthly statements.
