Scottrade was informed of these problems via complaints filed with the CFPB nearly 2 years ago today.
I would like to know why Scottrade ignored the tips and put customers at risk. Furthermore, within the Federal Complaint, it says Scottrade XXXX XXXX is the victim which means the hackings encompassed both Scottrade Bank and Scottrade XXXX.
