Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 19th February 2016.
This is my second compliant. I keep getting stall tactics & alternate methods of not being held accountable. I have sent the credit bureau all the information from my direct dispute with the data furnisher and the CRA has ignored my request to remove items which are being reporting inaccurately, are unverifiable, are incomplete or are untimely. I 've sent them correspondence through CFPB & via certified mail & still they 're claiming they dont have enough information to remove the inaccurate information. I 'm resubmitting my request to have these items removed from my report based on the FCRA. I 'm including everything which demonstrates my timely response & methods used to verify the accounts which they claim to have verified ...
