I traded my XX/XX/XXXX F150 XXXX. They financed me for a XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Corolla. My old finance company is United Auto Credit. They have called me every day in regards to my payment. I explained to them I do not own that vehicle anymore. I told them XXXX XXXX will send them the payoff. They continue to harass me daily. I just got off the phone with United Auto Credit as they admitted talking with XXXX XXXX XXXX, yet told me until they receive a payment the calls will continue. Let it be known I have never missed or been late on a payment.

When I requested to speak with a supervisor they only sent me to a recording. I can not seem to get them to work with me at all. I did speak with XXXX XXXX about the issue. They insured me it will be paid, as I trust it will be. I know there is a process the bank has to take before sending a check. I do not want any bad di gs on my credit do to some underground lender like United Auto Credit. As I did some research on the XXXX, I noticed that I am not the only XXXX having similar issues. At the interest rates they are charging the least they can do is work with someone. Especially when you have dealer that size paying off your loan.
