XXXX/XXXX/15 : UPDATE i HAVE SUBMITTED A REVISED POLICE REPORT AND YET STILL THE ITEMS REMAINS. And just recently Equifax has added back old addresses in which I have disputed months ago to be removed.
I have submitted this complaint to have this charge-off accounts off of removed from my credit report on at least three occasions. Three times I have mailed in my dispute and I have also submitted my dispute via CFPB and online via Equifax dispute portal. The items that I am disputing are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXEach time that I have disputed these accounts Equifax has stated to me that they have come back verified and belonging to me. Impossible, I have attached a police report, FTC Affidavit that least these accounts to be removed and I have also included Equifax 's own credit report that still lists the account on my credit report and an email and the delete report from one of the charge off account stating that they are deleting the account listed on my credit report due to fraud. I have submitted the same information to XXXX of the other Credit Reporting Agencies and they have removed all of the accounts but Equifax continues to do the direct opposite from what they are suppose to do. I spoke to Equifax customer service and fraudulent department on XXXX/XXXX/15 and they have again stated that the reports have come back verified. No matter how much information I send to them to show that these accounts do n't belong to me they still say they do. How can you do a detailed verification when you actually do n't. I need all XXXX of these accounts removed from my credit report and an updated report sent to me as soon as possible. Since this has taken already 60 days to do I believe 15 days for them to complete their job is suffice.
