Received a collection letter on XXXX XXXX, 2015 for a delinquent account for XXXX XXXX Membership. My identity and debit card was stolen earlier this year. I was not aware that the person signed up for membership with XXXX XXXX nor have I ever enrolled for membership with XXXX XXXX. This collection company is threatening to put this information on my credit reports and attempting to collect {$210.00} for an account I never authorized.
