Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 29th October 2015.
On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received an adverse credit letter from XXXX. They stated their decision was based on information received from XXXX credit reporting agencies, XXXX and IDA , Inc . The information was inaccurate. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I requested my credit reports and credit scores from XXXX and SageStream ( formerly IDA ). I promptly received my Credit Report and Score from XXXX ; XXXX ; XXXX. The credit report from XXXX revealed no adverse information.
Instead of sending my Credit Report and Score, SageStream sent me a letter requesting identify information as well as XXXX verification documents. This was done along with my second request for my Credit Report and Score on XX/XX/2015. To date I have not received a response from SageStream and I am continually being assessed the XXXX monthly bad credit fee.
