Hello. My Name is XXXX XXXX ; XXXX Veteran on a fixed VA income and Social Security. I put down XXXX down around XX/XX/XXXX for a XX/XX/XXXX Mersades Benz 2 Door coupe ; 4 seater. The cost of the car was {$6000.00}. I thought I was getting a good deal however the car turned out to not only be a lemon for which I have filed a previous case with your organization, but I was stuck with paying not only 35 % intrest rates on a {$6000.00} auto loan through United Finance located on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Nevada XXXX ; XXXX XXXX ), but also I am still paying the 35 % so it is like my principal hardly moved at all. I still owe {$4800.00} and now I have a XXXX credit rating which is worse than when I started making payments to better my credit and I am in a negative status with all XXXX credit breaus while United Finance is making a fortune from me concerning paying for this lemon car I have previously reported to you this month. I need assistance in both cases to get justice because I am being stressed out and robbed all the way around and I am still making {$300.00} a month payments.
