Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 15th October 2015.
i was contacted by the debt collectors several times, each time i told them this was not my debt, even though i share the same name, they have the wrong guy. they assured me that if it was not reflecting on my credit, that it was not attached to me and that it wasnt a problem. yesterday my work informed me that they received a court order to start garnishing my wages. the debt collector somehow pushed this through court, without having my social security number or date of birth, and now my work is saying they have to enforce it. I need to prove that this debt is not mine asap. please any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
