Case number-XXXX.Thank you for taking the time investigate my current situation. Sure I have been late, so when I paid on XXXX/XXXX/2016 and I pay bi-weekly. I made a payment of one payment and as soon as I finished paying that payment. I get a phone call, not from their business number but from that personal cellphone to ask me why did n't I make two payments. To me I would think they use this tactic to get me to answer a call. So why did n't the person that took payment ask or tell me that. Their business ethics is far from professional. They are just money hungry. They also called me to say that my insurance had cancelled, when I just paid my insurance company on XX/XX/XXXX and the payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX, so I had to take time from job call the insurance and they advised me my insurance is up to date and not due again until XX/XX/XXXX and they did n't even contact the loan company to say the insurance was cancelled. I wish for them to Cease & Desist calls from them until this matter is resolved, but would like a record of my payment history after each payment mailed my address.
