I am unable to access any of my money after an apparent " system upgrade ''. My payroll deposit is not posted, my prepaid debit card shows inactive on the site, and the amount listed available is a mysterious amount. No one in customer service is answering and it has been well over 24 hours. An email was sent stating the upgrade would be from XXXX Monday XXXX/XXXX/15 but I still can not access my funds.
