Hello, I am receiving emails from Union Bank regarding email update, confirmation of password change, and alerts of large withdrawal on an account that I DO NOT have with this bank. I have contacted them a number of times, they confirmed with my social security number that I provided, that I do not have an account with this bank. To confirm that I do not have an account, thinking that there might be identity fraud involved, an Experian credit report showed that I do not have account with this bank. At the last time that I contacted them in early XXXX, I was transferred to speak to the local branch manager. She said that she would investigate and contact me, which never happened.
In a nutshell, I am receiving Union Bank emails that do not belong to me, as I do not have an account with this bank. Contacting them about the emails has not stopped in my getting these emails. Whoever this account belongs to, that person is not getting the emails.
