This issue stems back fr XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I was under debt program with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) I have had consent ltrs fr several collection agengcy of $ XXXX bal with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Per XXXX, bal pd in full however, other past collections added new balance each time sold to another agency. I contacted, atty general office, state rep and Tlas.og for help. I have some brochures of what to do however, nothing has been resolved. I told United coll bureau on yesterday that I retired on XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and have no funds to pay because their records are incorrect. I also requested an updated history of acct fr their office. The supervisor refused to speak to me, the agent was very persistent after an hour and half. I don ; 't have the money and I most definitely do n't owe it. Today I spoke to XXXX reps, XXXX and XXXX advising me to contact you for to file a complaint.
