CitiBank offered a credit card when we were booking our vacation. The offer was that we would receive free bags on our XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) flights. XXXX did not honor this claim, and we had to pay {$200.00} extra for our bags on XXXX trip. There were XXXX mysterious charges from XXXX which CitiBank nor XXXX could explain, but we expected to pay them or suffer interest and late fee charges. We made XXXX phone calls to CitiBank and XXXX calls to XXXX. We filed a dispute with CitiBank. On each subsequent call the dispute was never documented, no confirmation numbers were provided. Late fees and interest charges continued to be charged to us by CitiBank. Finally I spent XXXX minutes on the phone ; and my wife spent another long conversation to attempt to solve the constant double talk and misinformation. No supervisor would would come to the phone. We believe this is an unfair, deceptive and abusive practice which CitiBank perpetrates on consumers.
