Narrative (may be redacted).

1. I was in request of my monthly statement for the stated amount due of {$910.00}, made it known that I was going to make a payment today to bring my account to date. I did have reservation in making any other payments until I saw a detailed accounting of my late fees and additional charges, as well as understood why the balance on my account I was told that I did not get a monthly statement and they were not required to give me one.
2. I was also in request of my agreement that specifically stated that I was not entitled to an accounting for my vehicle payments, as well as where in the agreement that I signed, stated that I was required to pay a daily late fee of {$7.00} for each day that my account was late. I was informed that I was a high risk loan or simple interest loan and that the regular late fees, {$15.00} Credit Card transaction fees, {$9.00} XXXX XXXX fees, Monthly late fees as well as a XXXX % interest rate had only reduced my account principle by {$2000.00}.
3. I was informed that I would not receive anything regarding statement of payment, account balance, ( nor were they responsible to do so ) copy of agreement or any other information that would help me reconcile my account until I had paid the balance due.
4. Also, I made it very clear that no one was to harass me at work again with either phone calls or other means.
