Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 14th September 2015.
I became single, XX/XX/XXXX, renting a room from a person who leased a original to the city residence XXXX, he was defrauding me and did not pay the company their portion of the rent, I notified the XXXX police and FBI, he was forcefully removed from the property and agreed never to return, leaving me with squatters rights, assembly. being polite and not wanting to be evicted homeless I submitted all personal info too the XXXX XXXX XXXX. A XXXX gentleman married several times I believe perhaps was named XXXX but a XXXX gentleman by admission, came over promptly and marked down tons of historical damage running in the XXXX plus, form original broken built ins, to destroyed hardwood flooring and even prior broken windows, whether I was forced into a lease to remain their is unclear. I later provided a 30 day notice XXXX to vacate the property having witnessed a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or a.k.a. from a few blocks down where I lived prior, I needed to move, having my life threatened. The office came over same gentleman also added up the XXXX in damages but said this was to protect me and knew it was n't my wrong doing. He the company rep stated not all XXXX employees were aware of the situation regarding the forceful removal of their tenant, Im also fully XXXX on Social Security XXXX Income. He stated there might in the future be an accidental bill like there is now XXXX years later, which California, does not enforce from rental companies to my knowledge regardless of formalities, the FBI has been failing to return my victim of crime inquiries, and the XXXX is also aware and involved, as I was informing to them. So XXXX stated not all employees knew and disregard a future bill now I have a collection notice and feel heavily discriminated. Let alone neglected by the white house and FBI victims of crime.
