The high balance amount on my auto loan has only been deducted by only {$1000.00} in the course of XXXX. My monthly payments are {$260.00} ; strangely enough, my balance has been fluctuating from month to month. I 've requested several times for the American Credit Acceptance to send me information/ documentation of the said balance on the auto loan and how my payments were applied to my auto loan of the course of the full loan. This company has failed to mail documentation after the XXXX of requesting.
