I got a car loan from United auto credit, The car had bad problems with it to prevent from passing Texas State required safety inspection United auto credit to me to send in copy 's of the receipt for starting repairs they would defer our XXXX 2015 payment to the end of the contract, and start paying on XXXX for next payment, They said after I sent the receipt Now they refuse to even after starting repairs, and they nowing they financed a unsafe car they said they dont car I ask to have the contract rolled back to the car lot XXXX days after signing contract they refused, they knowingly financed a car knowing its not road safe according to Texas Safety law inspection. I told them I wanted they money back on the deal {$1000.00} down and a payment of {$270.00}
