I am submitting a complaint against Early Waring Services because I have been a victim of Identity theft and sent in the required documents that they requested Police report, ID and consumer Identification form. There is an inaccurate reporting showing from XXXX XXXX on my file with them In which I sent in a dispute to them along with the Identity Theft Remedy documents requested and they claim that XXXX XXXX claimed the account to be verified as reporting accurate. I called today and spoke to a supervisor ( XXXX ) who told me that XXXX XXXX did not respond as to why they believe the account to be accurately reporting so that gives them permission to remove the reporting from my file. Shortly after XXXX called to tell me that XXXX XXXX responded as to why they believe the account is reporting accurately and that the reporting was going to be reinserted in to my file. They said that I can rebuttal the reason as to why XXXX XXXX believes the reporting is accurate and I have to explain why I disagree. I have already stated why I disagree the moment I sent them a Valid Police Report Specifying that this account reporting is Fraudulent and Identity theft. They are completely violating my FCRA rights and ignoring that fact that this is an identity theft account that was opened fraudulently. Why should I have to rebuttal what is obvious in my initial dispute with them? This situation seems to be completely biased as this company was formed and XXXX XXXX has partnership and interest in the stock of this company.
