I would like you to contact " D & A Service '' to have them remove this negative and time barred debt from my XXXX, XXXX & XXXX credit report since all my efforts have been exhausted and or failed. In addition, if possible, have them write a letter on my behalf confirming this debt indeed has exceeded the ( 6+ years ) time to collect.
