I received a call from this company that left me a voicemail on XXXX/XXXX/2015 stating that they needed to verify my address to be served official court documents. I called the company back at XXXX, spoke with XXXX asked him to send me documentation thru the mail and cease contact until I have had a chance to dispute the account he told me that it does not work that way and that I will continue receiving calls thru the automated dialer until my account was paid. I requested his company info and he would not release that information to me and continued to harass me stating that I need to pay the bill and that they did n't have to send verification and he hung up on me once the conversation got heated.
XXXX/XXXX/2015 @ XXXX received another voicemail from the auto dialer called the office again spoke with XXXX XXXX requesting my number be removed from the account he transferred me XXXX time and both time I was hung up on, called back a XXXX XXXX time spoke with XXXX XXXX he explained that they sent documentation the XX/XX/XXXX I told him I have not received anything and he needed to send it out again for me to dispute he then stated that I was just using a delay tactic and need to pay the bill I again asked that he no longer contact me and that I was filing a complaint he hung up on me again.
