A collection agency ( Escallate , LLC. ) is threatening me with a negative credit report.
A notice was received today that I owe {$140.00} for medical services ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX ).
The bill for the services was never properly explained just sent out to me for payment.
I have XXXX coverage and a supplemental policy through XXXX for the XXXX service. Payments were made by XXXX and XXXX and an unexplained remaining amount billed to me.
I never received any explanation and have not paid the unexplained amount.
Please help me resolve this abusive practice. Thanks.
